Management of soil insect pests: ‘Mitrakida®-T’ is an effective and environmentally safe solution for the management of soil insect pests termite. ‘Mitrakida®-T’ contains infective juvenile of EntomoPathogenic Nematodes (EPN). ‘Mitrakida®-T’ kills soil pests within 24-48 hours if processed properly as per instructions through its unique mechanism of action.
Dosage and method of application for open land: Use 8 to 12 kg per acre. Take 200 – 250 kg of saw dust/coir pith/soil/sand/vermi-compost/organic manure/FYM (anyone), with the formulation for ease of spreading in the field. Application is to be done by broadcasting or spot application. Post application light irrigation is necessary immediately. Application of Mitrakida®-T is recommended in evening hours only.
Dosage and method of application for gardens:
Use 500 gm of ‘Mitrakida®-T' per 1000 - 1500 sq. ft or as per termite infection in the garden. 1. Mix it directly to the organic manure / compost piles etc. 2. Use ‘Mitrakida®-T’ with 1 – 1.5 kg of soil/sand/vermi-compost/organic manure/FYM (anyone), with the formulation for ease of spreading in the garden or can be used directly at the infected spot. Application is to be done by broadcasting or spot application.
Tolerance to chemicals: The infective juveniles are tolerant to most agrochemicals including herbicides, fungicides.
