Management of insect pests: ‘Mitrakida® - MB’ is an effective and environmentally safe solution for the management of insect pests mealy bugs. ‘Mitrakida® - MB’ contains infective juvenile of EntomoPathogenic Nematodes (EPN). ‘Mitrakida® - MB’ enters the crawling stage of mealy bugs and kills pests within 24-48 hours if processed properly as per instructions through its unique mechanism of action.
Dosage and method of application for spot application: Take 2-5 g of formulation and make thin consistency paste. Use small brush to paste the formulation on the infected area. Multiple spot applications can be done with similar way. Light irrigate the treatment area immediately. Application of Mitrakida® - MB is recommended in evening hours only.
Dosage and method of application for gardens:
Use 500 gm of ‘Mitrakida® - WG’ per 1000 - 1500 sq. ft or as per termite infection in the garden.
1. Mix it directly to the organic manure / compost piles etc.
2. Use ‘Mitrakida® - WG’ with 1 – 1.5 kg of soil/sand/vermi-compost/organic manure/FYM (anyone), with the formulation for ease of spreading in the garden or can be used directly at the infected spot. Application is to be done by broadcasting or spot application.
Tolerance to chemicals: The infective juveniles are tolerant to most agrochemicals including herbicides, fungicides.
